The GL version is equipped with four airbags and the GS version with six airbags to ensure passenger safety. Both models also come standard with cruise control (CC) and ramp descent control (HDC).
Color options for the Chilean Dollar UP include stylish gray, elegant white, and relaxing green. The vehicle also boasts a smart cockpit system with six-way power front seats, speakers, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an 8.8-inch instrument panel, and either 10.1-inch or 12.8-inch adaptive rotating floating pads, depending on the trim. In addition, a 3D panoramic transparent imaging system and a precise parking radar ranging function contribute to worry-free parking.
The BYD Yuan UP is equipped with a smart NFC card that allows keyless entry. Cristian Angarces, Brand Manager of ASTARA Group, BYD’s Chilean dealer, said: “Smart NFC cards will modernize, simplify and digitize the automotive experience, setting a new standard for green intelligence in the Chilean electric vehicle market. Other BYD models are also iterating on smart NFC functions to build smart platforms to serve global customers.
