The 2025 BYD Song PLUS EV(photo | configuration | inquiry) was officially launched on August 19, with three new configuration models priced from 149,800 to 175,800 yuan. The revised model has been comprehensively upgraded in terms of exterior design, intelligent technology and overall configuration.
Appearance design
The 2025 Song PLUS EV continues the design concept of “ocean aesthetics” and integrates more fashion elements. The new car is equipped with 19-inch two-color low wind resistance wheels, and adds a light-up brand LOGO at the rear of the car, making the overall appearance more exquisite and atmospheric.
In terms of interior, the new car uses a color scheme of dark sky and sand and stone rice, with 31 color atmosphere lights and the “heart of the ocean” central control layout to create a high-quality cabin atmosphere. All models are equipped with an upgraded version of the DiLink 100 intelligent cockpit system, which supports 5G speed connection technology, and integrates full-scene intelligent voice, map desktop, integrated music and other functions. In addition, the vehicle is equipped with several DiPilot intelligent driving assistance features such as intelligent pilotage control, lane departure assistance and automatic emergency braking.
Power and endurance
In terms of power, the new car is equipped with an 8-in-1 powertrain and a new high-power blade battery, offering two drive motor options of 150 kW and 160 kW, with peak torque of 310 nm and 330 nm, respectively. In terms of batteries, 71.8 KWH and 87.04 KWH are available, corresponding to 520 km and 605 km of CLTC pure electric range.

As a pure electric SUV focused on the family car market, Song PLUS EV’s competitors include GAC Aion V Plus, Changan Deep Blue SL03 and other models. Compared with competing products, Song PLUS EV has obvious advantages in intelligent cockpit, range and overall configuration, which is suitable for urban commuting, family travel and other scenarios.
