Recently, the author learned from relevant channels that BYD Han was officially listed, respectively, 2025 Han DM(picture | configuration | inquiry)-i and Han EV, the following and the author together to look at the highlights of this car.
The 2025 Han has made adjustments in the exterior design. The DM-i uses a closed front face design similar to that of the EV, eliminating the traditional large mouth intake grille in favor of a closed panel with an intake port at the bottom. The new car also offers an optional “Weiyang Grey” car color and blackening package, and the EV series has updated the wheel design.
One focus of the technology upgrade is the intelligent driving system. The highly equipped DM-i and EV are equipped with LiDAR, five millimeter-wave radars, seven intelligent driving cameras, and Nvidia Orin-X chips, and are equipped with the new DiPilot 300 intelligent driver assistance system, which supports urban navigation assistance, traffic light reminder and other functions, some of which can be updated via OTA. Other versions feature the DiPilot 5 intelligent driving system.
In terms of internal design, the 2025 Han continues to use the current model, and the entire system is equipped with DiLink 100 intelligent cockpit system, based on D100 (6nm) chips. The large central control screen is a 15.6-inch 2.5K resolution screen with advanced features such as dual desktop system, whole-vehicle intelligent voice control, 3D vehicle control and scene mode. High configuration with Dana Dynaudio Audio system, containing 12 speakers, also provides the main co-pilot aviation headrest, incense system and other configurations.
In terms of power system, the Han DM-I adopts BYD’s fifth-generation DM hybrid technology, equipped with 1.5T engine and motor, with maximum power of 115 kW and 200 kW respectively. Equipped with a battery pack capacity of 18.316 KWH, CLTC working condition of pure electric mileage of 1 25 kilometers, the official fuel consumption of 3.8 liters per 100 kilometers, zero to 100 kilometers acceleration time of 6.9 seconds, the comprehensive mileage of 1350 kilometers.
